GREENSBORO N.C. - A man was seriously injured when his car ran off the road, flipped and crashed into a hill near Pisgah Church Road.

Police said the driver was headed south on North Elm Street near Pisgah Church Road when he lost control of the vehicle. Crews used a crane to remove the car from the accident scene.

EMS workers rushed the driver to the hospital. He suffered "serious injuries" in the accident, according to police.

Officials did not release the name of the victim. Police said he could face charges in the accident.
